I received my package, why the dress marked $10 on the invoice?

To avoid a high customs taxes, we can lower marked the product value. So the price wrote on the shipping package, is customs invoice, make for delivery only.
If you would like us mark your package as true value, please let us know, leave a message in paypal payment note, or send us an email with your order invoice. We would mark you package as requested.

The customs taxes, are legally cannot be avoided, it's charged by the receiver's country. The receiver need to pay the taxes if the customs requesting, the shipping fee or product price does not include any taxes.
